There are First Class and Second Class options. Postage costs increase accordingly with parcel size.

If there is a particular date you need your order please process your order and contact us. We will always try our very best to meet your every need.

Turnaround

Turnaround can vary especially within busy periods. If there is a delay longer than suggested within the description, there will be a message on our home page for this. At most times, the expected turnaround is up to 8 working days. This will increase slightly during busy periods and at seasonal times.

Returns

Returns are generally not accepted on any clothing or gift. This is due to the custom personalisation of all of our products. A description on each product has been provided to the best of our knowledge.
Colours can slightly vary from photographs as there is only a close enough real life colour possible, however we have tried our very best to show you what the exact colour is. Please refer to the colour sample page, and be aware that there may be a slight variation due to screen differences. If you feel that your product is faulty, please contact us and we will advise you of the best procedure.

Checkout

When checking out please check all personalisation is clear and spelling is correct. What is processed on your order is what will be created. We cannot be hold responsible for any mistakes in spelling or wording as we copy directly what the customer provides. If we are unclear at any time about your order, we will contact you to confirm. Delayed responses may have result in a delay to  your order being processed.

Stock

Stock is kept up to date and we try our very best to keep stock consistent. However there are occasions when products can sell out. If there are any issues with your order regarding stock you will be contacted by us as soon as possible with two options - full refund or an adjustment to your order.
